other than those in palawan, i just observed that trash bins in other parts of the country do not last either becuase they are stolen or vandalized. no wonder why garbage is such a huge problem in our country.

@utotmopink - yup, it's best known for its large, concentrated LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender) population
@shykulasa - you can see the rainbow flag EVERYWHERE in castro :)
